2.3. Removal of User Content: We reserve the right to remove or disable any User Content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate, without prior notice.
3.1. App Content: All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by or licensed to QuirkyCritter: Where Beasts Meet Team. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the App's content without our prior written consent.
3.2. Trademarks: "QuirkyCritter: Where Beasts Meet" and the QuirkyCritter: Where Beasts Meet logo are trademarks owned by QuirkyCritter: Where Beasts Meet Team. You may not use these trademarks or any similar marks without our prior written permission.
l Privacy
Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
l Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.
